Hotel Lobby AI Trend turns two photos you upload into a short booth video. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how long we keep it.

Information we collect

1. Account information — name, email address, and sign-in details you provide.
2. Photos you upload — the two performer images you choose for a video. Upload only photos you have the right to use.
3. Generation data — the frame you select (portrait or landscape), task status, and the finished video.
4. Usage data — pages visited, feature use, and error logs needed to run the service.
5. Device data — browser type and basic device information.
6. Payment data — handled by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• Create the video you request, including its audio.
• Show generation progress and let you preview the result.
• Keep your account, credits, and purchase history.
• Prevent abuse, including uploads of minors.
• Answer support requests.

Video generation providers

To make the video, we send the two photos and our booth template to a video generation provider. That provider processes them only to return the clip. We do not sell your photos.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with providers who host, generate, or bill the service, when the law requires it, or to protect users and the service.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while the account is open. Uploaded photos and finished videos are kept so you can download the result, then removed on a normal retention cycle or when you delete the account. Generation providers may keep temporary copies of uploaded files for a short period required to run the job.

Your choices

You can stop uploading photos at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and the photos and videos tied to it. Some records, such as payment receipts, may be kept where the law requires it.
